Our founder's apprenticeship ran through residential and commercial construction — underground rough-ins, overhead copper mains, multi-unit stacks, tenant fit-ups — and that's the standard the company builds to: water and drain systems that pass inspection cleanly and are still easy to service in twenty years.
On new homes and additions in Guelph, Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo we handle the full scope: underground drainage, water service, in-slab and above-grade rough-in, venting, water heater and softener installation and every finished fixture. On commercial jobs we work from the mechanical drawings and to the schedule.
We're comfortable on a site with other trades, and we communicate — when a drawing doesn't match the framing, you'll hear about it before it becomes a change order.
