Fixture and appliance installation in Guelph
Toilets, faucets, sinks, showers, dishwashers and fridge lines — supplied by us or bought by you, installed properly with no leaks and no shortcuts.
A fixture is only as good as its install. A toilet set on a bad flange rocks and leaks at the base; a faucet with the wrong supply lines seeps into the cabinet; a dishwasher without a proper high loop backs up. We install to the manufacturer's instructions and check every connection under pressure before we leave.
Bring your own fixtures if you like — we'll tell you honestly if something you bought is going to cause problems — or ask us to supply. We can recommend products that hold up to the region's hard water and that we can still get parts for years from now.

FAQ
Straight answers
Can I buy my own toilet or faucet?
Yes. Send us the model before you buy if you'd like a second opinion — some products are hard to get parts for, and some won't fit the existing rough-in.
How long does a toilet or faucet install take?
A straightforward swap is usually an hour or two. If the flange, shut-off or supply lines are in poor shape, we'll fix those at the same time and tell you before starting.
Do you install fixtures for renovations?
Yes — finish work on renovations is a large part of what we do. See the renovation plumbing page for the full scope.
